Would it be possible to add a registry setting that sets *enabled = TRUE?

Studio One 3 runs fine if DwmIsCompositionEnabled returns TRUE. If Composition
is set to 0 by default, I don't think it should cause any regressions, and it
could maybe allow other programs to work properly as well.
