[Bug 27237] After running some programs under Wine, loss of left mouse button functionality

I'm certain it isn't the mouse at least, because it works fine except under the
circumstances of closing Wine programs. My theory was that maybe Wine wasn't
closing down properly or the mouse was still somehow captured by the program.
To be exact, it only happens after closing Wine programs, or if they receive a
fatal error, and fail to open. Moreso the latter, I think.
