Could also be an issue with Fedora build.

Earlier had done VirtualBox setups of Fedora 42 and with Ubuntu 24
on the notebook.

Running the Ubuntu VirtualBOX with wine notepad there was no problem, but same
test on Fedora 42 VirtualBox it gets the same error

So, note sure what would be difference, since Virtual Box is using the
underlying CPU
