I still notice issue with vanilla Wine 1.3.25
My kernel is 2.6.39-ARCH
Although my PC is fast enough it's barely there.
Deleting .mp3 files still valid workaround.

Plucked from the stream of fixmes:

err:quartz:ACMWrapper_Receive Error sending sample (80040227)

This occurs when entering combat and once combat is over.
