[Bug 40019] wine 1.9.1 staging : it can not run a install exe file , it reports "Error reading setup initialization file"

I have compile a wine 1.9.1 32bit version. using it , the install app
is runing correctly.

the fedora's wine version is 64bit version (but it can run some 32bit app,
expect the newest installer from source insight website), it is because 32 or
64?
