"Copyright violation" Issue to copyright normaly for 25 year but if company is dead so its not help.
its so old its hard to run even on old computer if wine need to pay small fee to correct software delevoper mistakes. (Copy left)
Its also possible old software be free software or opensource if developer has no plan for future sales. Its only possible to get old used or iligal but very hard to get.
