Backtrace wine 1.5.18 on Civ 5 GOTY

Here is a backtrace using wine 1.5.18 on Civ 5 GOTY.  I compiled wine with the
suggested "-g -O0" CFLAGS.  It appears that no more information is available in
this backtrace (over previously posted backtraces).  However, I may run wine
using gdb and see what I get.
