Well, given that the latest version of ReadConsoleInputW() *still* handles
lpNumberOfEventsRead with code like this:

if (lpNumberOfEventsRead) *lpNumberOfEventsRead = idx;

...I'd say yes.

Is anybody actually reading these bug reports?
