[Bug 17815] Red Alert 3 won't start because of missing directx 9.0 (which works for others).

..false alarm, it seems that this new error occured just before tha game
checked for DirectX, because after getting rid of it, "missing DirectX" error
is back again.
So, I confirm this bug..
