I just copied the 2 files PnkBstrA.exe/PnkBstrB.exe to windows/system32. On Windows, when PB is installed in 64Bits version, these 2 files are installed in syswow64 folder but the services are launched by "system32/PnkBstrA.exe" (i see that when i check in windows process list).
