I use it often for microcontroller and embedded systems projects which frequently use the serial port for communication. I have used this program in Wine in the past and it has worked perfectly, but with newer releases it crashes with a "Program Error Details" dialog on any attempt to start the program. I'm using the latest Wine and latest RealTerm.
