Well, I can't confirm this. If I go to 'Help', 'Technical Support', then click any of those links, they open in my native browser.
This works in 0.9.50, 1.0, and wine-1.3.31-261-g3f74c58.
No regression test, and I can't reproduce it => removing regression keyword.
(tempted to mark as WORKSFORME, but I'll let someone else retest first).
