OBS Virtual Camera log

Looked into this a bit more, and tried using OBS Virtual Camera instead. VRChat
still fails to detect the webcam with similar log messages.

Of note, the "Returning 0x8004022a" lines correspond to VFW_E_TYPE_NOT_ACCEPTED
"This pin cannot use the supplied media type."
