[Bug 23692] Fallout 3 FOMM crash at start

I was able to reproduce the crash that Felipe attached, but that was because I
ran out of disk space on the test machine. With a good, clean install of either
dotnet20 or mono26 from winetricks, I get a "Could not find fallout 3
directory" dialog, so this seems to be invalid.
