[Bug 9320] No applications inside virtual desktop get properly focused and activated

Works good with only one problem - first app started isn't shown as foreground
(title is inactive). Even thou it has the focus. Starting second app allows to
switch focus to another application as well as make it active.

Tested with KDE3, Gnome & XFCE.

Almost there.
