  It's an "unhandled exception error" followed by the "program error details"
window opening and never producing error information. 

  The reply from Tri-Tools Partners when I first reported the problem to them
was: 

  "Wine is failing to correctly create the bitmap and VCADD does not handle the
failure properly."
