I now know. I was a bit courious and I stared 3dsetup.exe before starting the
game and changed from hal to my gpu (the list shows two times my gpu).
Reverting back to hal fixes the graphic glitches. I forgot doing this.

But how to fix the black screen when not using virtual desktop? If it's game
bug how do you even figure out testing virtual desktop.
