[Bug 33587] Should Wine create symbolic links to ~ directories?

I'm gonna write a patch for myself since Wine developers actively oppose this
unquestionably sane make-feature-optional request. It seems like Alexander at
al haven't lost any data due to this wonderful feature yet. ;-)
