About function GetLogicalProcessorInformationEx()

MSDN says
If the function succeeds, the return value is TRUE and at least one
SYSTEM_LOGICAL_PROCESSOR_INFORMATION_EX structure is written to the output
buffer.

While wine return TRUE and buflen=0
