When I search a bug ID in the quick search box on Wine Bugzilla SSL site, it
redirects me to non-SSL site.

How to reproduce:
1. Open https://bugs.winehq.org/ in your favorite browser.

2. Enter a bug ID, e.g. 657, in the quick search box. Then, click "Find"
button.
NOTE: Entering some words, e.g. Bugzilla, it works fine.

3. Now you are on HTTP site, i.e. http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=657 .

Expected result:
In step 3, you can see https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=657 .
