Since this was just marked as staged, I compiled wine-staging from git (AUR
package wine-staging-git - wine-staging-git
3.10.r14.g7c9f9bc0+wine.3.10.r149.g9ef8fa2a0b-1)

Set up latest SAI in a fresh wine prefix -
https://www.systemax.jp/bin/sai-1.2.5-ful-en.exe

and neither with the default SAI config or with `AvoidOldWacomBug = 1` and
`TabletMouseSimulation = 1` does the sensitivity work.

Am I missing something?
