[Bug 18967] winedevice.exe has encountered an error at each start (ntoskrnl.exe.MmLockPagableDataSection not implemented)

With a clean ~/.wine the bug doesn't appear.
It came with update to 1.1.23 , and it happen with all the application.
The ntoskrnl.exe file is situated in ~/.wine/windows/system32/ntoskrnl.exe .
