The imported API mentioned in summary is most likely wrong = different API due to mismatching ordinals/number of WinRT kernel32 <-> Wine kernel32 exports. This app seems to be an exception. Many other apps ported to WinRT are importing core dll APIs by name (see http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2092348 for a list of example apps). Someone needs to tell that guy how to get rid of this "optimization" ... Marking WONTFIX, sorry for the noise.
