Third test with Win 7 prefix according to @Nikolay Sivov suggestion, vcrun2013, corefonts and d3dx9. Added --no-sandbox argument for the LOL Client app.
The game starts the download :o Why Win10 prefix refuses the LOL Client and not Win7 prefix?? Really strange...
It's not that strange. Game components could make different assumptions based on Windows version wine returns. That's why first time you test, it's better to start with default configuration, which is current Win7.
