[Bug 32900] The Bat 5.2.2 - keyboard keys stick

I just want to confirm that the stick key problem is not restricted to just one
wine application. It happens with Photoshop (Text Tool) and with other Wine
application. 

It always happens when CPU load is high, many applications are running. 

And it looks like it's necessary to have a different from EN locale.
