Running winetricks dotnet20 wsh56 mdac28 jet40 allows the application to start
and to work properly from my limited testing. The application expects the
presence of Scripting.FileSystemObject which is provided by the Windows Script
Host, so it's likely a duplicate of bug 9638 and/or bug 12881.
