Does the GSLauncher.exe hang for anyone else when you exit the game? I have to kill it with a killall.
Yes, the launcher hangs for me too. Not a serious issue, but a bit of an annoyance. I only used the launcher once for configuring the game and instead directly start the game via GSGameExe_DX9.exe.
