[Bug 26588] A Farewell to Dragons: water has incorrect textures

Still present as of wine-1.3.33-198-g3b72928 and with the latest Nvidia drivers
(290.10).
The open-source Nouveau vga driver renders water in the same way as the
proprietary drivers do (faulty).
