[Bug 38970] EA Origin fails to launch after an update.

Copying these igo32.dll and igo64.dll from EA Origin version 9.5.11.2855 -
363764 to directory of latest 9.8 version makes it launch. Then need to disable
In-Game Overlay (IGO) and voila, I can run and play Mass Effect 3 from EA
Origin right now!
