http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16129 --- Comment #6 from Steve Trelease <steve.trelease(a)sbcglobal.net> 2008-12-06 10:52:45 --- Update- The visual effects (i.e. compiz) are responsible for the flashing screen, not the video card/driver. I've set "None" for the Intel video system and am now getting a clean screen. The server addressing error remains as the sticking point, even in 1.1.10. Here are couple of trace notices, apparently related to networking, which may be significant: err:ole:create_server class {001000af-2def-0002-10b6-dc5ba692c858} not registered fixme:ole:CoGetClassObject CLSCTX_REMOTE_SERVER not supported fixme:ras:RasEnumConnectionsW (0xbd7cc0,0x7dbb30c0,0x7dbb30bc),stub! fixme:ras:RasEnumConnectionsW RAS support is not implemented! Configure program to use LAN connection/winsock instead! fixme:winsock:WSAIoctl -> SIO_ADDRESS_LIST_CHANGE request: stub fixme:ras:RasConnectionNotificationW (0xffffffff,0x2a4,0x00000003),stub! fixme:winhttp:WinHttpDetectAutoProxyConfigUrl 0x00000001, 0x7dbb3064 fixme:winhttp:WinHttpDetectAutoProxyConfigUrl 0x00000002, 0x7dbb3064 fixme:winsock:WSAIoctl -> SIO_ADDRESS_LIST_CHANGE request: stub -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.
