Upon additional testing, if an application is compiled with
_ATL_STATIC_REGISTRY as outlined in my last attachment, it is not necessary to
to implement the ATLModuleRegisterWndClassInfoA() function in Wine.

I would recommend that the implementation of ATLModuleRegisterWndClassInfoA not
be a required fix for the Wine 1.2 release.
