HRESULT get_family_names_from_stream(IDWriteFontFileStream *stream, UINT32
index, DWRITE_FONT_FACE_TYPE facetype,
    IDWriteLocalizedStrings **names)

there is an assignment names=NULL;
There is no sense to assign a value to function parameter.
I think there should be
