[Bug 32126] Mathcad 14 ends up in a loop

Hi Robert.

Try to delete ~/.wine directory, and proceed the MathCad 14 installation again.

I have fixed mlang.dll, so use original mlang.dll.
After patch this library, the strings should be formatted correctly.
