[Bug 25222] Football Manager 2011 fails to load with 3d enabled

Well as of my 1.5.22 copy, you are right. The game (with native d3dx9_36) runs
perfectly fine without anything else required.

So yeah, bug gone :) (if theres any fm2012 bugs that are similar, they should
be closed to as well, I can test that game as well).
