[Bug 43349] Blizzard App Fails to Recognize Password Upon Switching Regions

A clean install onto a laptop over-rode both the US and EU with the bottom
images. Will do a straight clean reinstall on my pc.

Thats the only fix I can see so far. The normal updating to the battle.net
client did not update it to functionally put through the override itself.
