[Bug 53132] Stack overflow in Lotus Approach on installation and in document number dialogue

In the bottom left corner is a button which reads "Record Number 1" or "Click
for record number". If clicked when it displays the record number (1 at launch)
it brings up a box to enter a number to jump to.

Anyway, this works now with your patches.
