[Bug 30163] Arabic is not displayed correctly

Hello.

this is finally working for me :)
there is another problem which is that the text is not RTL,  i mean when you
write an English word with an Arabic text, it won't be displayed correctly as
it is.

anyway, is there a way to add this fix to the next Wine release? :)
