Another hack

After a bit more testing I found the application also starts by returning a
more sophisticated handle like in attached patch.

I don`t know really why the program crashes or how to fix this bug, but it
doesn`t seem to like the hardcoded handle 0xcafe4242 that wine returns now in
OpenEventLog. Maybe someone with more knowledge about this has explanation?
