Debug and system error traces

The app crashes upon trying to add a new text item.

Steps:
 - set wine configuration to Windows XP 
 - open mc12_64.exe
 - start a new circuit (if not done automatically)
 - press CTL-T
 - click anywhere in the main window

Watch it crash
