[Bug 33125] Tomb Raider (2013) distortions during loading

I dunno if the flickering trick is fine; initially, when flickering, I was able
to read some text like game tips, bottom right; "StrictDrawOrdering" eliminated
flickering and texts. Anyone noticed this?
