[Bug 39851] The King of Fighters 2002 Unlimited Match (Steam): Crash at begin

I had add the VideoMemorySize registry key and set it to string 1024, but the
program still crash.

The window still separated to 2 window to play video and get input, I think the
separated window need to be fixed.
