[Bug 50049] Fallout 76 opens black screen then crashes on start

Hello,

The attached log was made by launching the Fallout76.exe executable directly
from the installed directory, with no Bethesda.net Launcher running.

It's expected to work, as the game itself should ask for the login details.

$ du -b Fallout76.exe
91993088    Fallout76.exe

$ sha256sum Fallout76.exe
bb6e5c877d1e6c81c5253125b959b1a7b1b960fb605f21cc9f9857694588b7a2  Fallout76.exe
