[Bug 12702] Internet Explorer 6 can't install saing, that newer version is installed

It's not really intended to run Internet Explorer in wine. It breaks a lot of
wine functionality and creates a big mess. If you must run actual IE, use
IEs4linux (unsupported here), if your app needs it, use wine gecko.
