Hi, 

Same problem here. I haven't been able to play until today, with a new freshly
installed AMD Pulse Radeon RX 550. I'm running wine-staging 5.20 in Arch Linux. 
Also tried to execute the game with flags d3d11-legacy and d3d11-legacy with no
result. 

Winecfg is set to emulate Windows 10, and d3d12 library is set to 'builtin'.
Inside the game, however, I can't choose DirectX 12 to be used, and my graphics
card is detected as an 'Ati Radeon HD 5600 Series'.
