[Bug 46119] VoxelFarm fails to install / run

- i was actually running it as win7 and tried win10 to see if it would improve
anything but apparently it did not

- so i am using playonlinux to manage wine versions, but it wont let me install
dotnet40 or above on 64bit wine , however you can go into there shell and
install that with winetricks , this is a bit janky so maybe i will try to find
another method.
