Same problem here using

- Debian Jessie / AMD 64 / kernel 3.14.2
- Wine 1.7.27 (same issue with 1.6.2 and 1.2.3)
- Intel GraphicCard

The sub-menus, sub-dialogs, etc. do not show up any more in Office 2007.
