I may need help figuring out how to build wine in the same way as winehq-devel
is packaged for fedora.

when building from wine-4.1 tag and/or master branch everything works without
extra patches. when I use pre-packaged binaries, I hit this bug.

In a dedicated directory I do
../configure
make -j3
sudo make install
