[Bug 40027] Caesar IV crashes at launch

I attached a console log after running the program with Wine-1.9.1 from
Homebrew installation. Note that if I run $(brew --cellar)/wine/1.8/bin/wine it
runs just fine. I can change versions with other programs and they run just
fine.

I'm running a regression test to see if I can find something but it is taking
me some time as this is the first time I've done it.

I will try with the demo and see what happens.
