OP obviously has no idea how to report a bug and will likely repeat next time without any further guide. At least some link should be given.
At this point I kind of figure that if they aren't going to read it the first time, why would they read it the second? Still at least worth a try, I guess...
Also basic fields are missing or garbage. It's not that hard to fix up fields when resolving the ticket (given the information from the backtrace).
