Is there some documentation how to build Wine Wayland branch from here?

I tried (on Debian testing), but it's giving me this:

makedep: error: open /stable/viewporter/viewporter.xml : No such file or
directory
config.status: error: could not create Makefile

I suppose a bunch of Wayland related development packages are needed?
